Steven Loble has an M.A. degree in law from Cambridge University. He has been a partner in major English and American law firms. Steven's practice involves commercial and international litigation dealing primarily with conflicts of laws, jurisdiction, public international law, commercial disputes with a foreign element, aviation, banking, contractual disputes, warranty claims, partnership, tortious matters, restitution, injunctions; he was involved in three of the local authority swaps lead cases. Steven deals with employment matters including restrictive covenants and confidential information. He also advises in relation to public and private international law. Steven represents the government of a friendly foreign state on a regular basis. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and is fluent in German, French and Italian.
